SO SCORE provides the following sports information services:

• Live football scores and match updates
• Match statistics and analysis
• League standings and rankings
• Match schedules and fixtures
• Push notifications for followed teams and leagues
• Sports-related news and analytics

You may create an account using any of the following methods:

• Sign in with Apple
• Facebook Login
• Mobile Phone Number (OTP verification)

By registering, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and lawful
• You will not impersonate another person or entity
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its source code
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access App content
• Distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to servers or networks
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

All content and materials within the App — including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand assets
• UI design, layouts, and visual elements
• Software, source code, and algorithms
• Match data presentation and formatting
• Written content and editorial materials

— are owned by Beijing SooScore Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The App integrates the following third-party services:

• Apple Authentication (Sign in with Apple)
• Facebook Login (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
• Analytics providers for app performance monitoring
• Cloud hosting and content delivery services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for disruptions, data breaches, or changes to third-party services.

We do not guarantee:

• Real-time accuracy of scores or match data
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service
• Error-free or virus-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Sports data may be delayed due to third-party data feed latency or technical limitations beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beijing SooScore Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or personal information
• Business interruption or loss of revenue
• Financial loss resulting from reliance on match data or statistics
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the App if you engage in:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Abuse or exploitation of the service
• Actions harmful to other users or the Company

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR or Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the Company.
